Willow Flat

 We were able to go camping at Willow Flat once this summer.

 Reese and Boston had a lot of fun exploring, playing in the dirt and water, and riding the 4-wheeler.

 We even hiked up to the nearby spring.

A few random pictures from my phone. I picked up all my old Littlest Pet Shop from my mom's house, the kids sure had a blast playing with them. Thanks mom for keeping them all these years.

Working on putting Boston's room together now that Reese and him are no longer sharing. My dad found a grill off an old Semi so we added some rope lights inside and made it into his headboard.

Preschool Graduation & Bus Ride

During the last week of Preschool all the kids were able to take a short trip on the bus and learn all about bus safety.

 Even Boston got to ride.

A few April funnies...

Our first monster truck show. Boston was really excited and loved seeing all the trucks. However, even with how loud it was, he fell asleep at the very end and missed the freestyle event.

The kids loved being able to go with their cousin Ethan and Gavin.

I thought it was funny Boston kept wearing his headphones for days after the monster truck show.

Boston's 2nd Broken Arm

Well this looks familiar. Boston broke his arm while having a pillow fight with his cousin Ethan. We didn't think it was broken, and went to the monster truck show as planned that night. It didn't swell like when he broke his other arm last year. A few days later when it didn't seem to be improving we took him in for xrays and sure enough it was broken. Hopefully this won't turn into an annual thing. I've managed to go 29 years without breaking anything and he only made it 2!

New Room and Disney on Ice

Reese got her own room. She told us she was tired of sharing a room with Boston because he always woke her up in the morning. She upgraded to a twin bed, Grandma Debbie made her a lalaloopsy quilt, and Grandma Z bought her a fun new light for her room. We painted some fun colorful stripes on her wall.

The best part of going to see Disney on Ice for Boston was riding the TRAX. We also stayed in a fun hotel with a water park. The kids were in heaven.

Downey Easter Egg Hunt

 Easter Egg hunt with Grandma and Grandpa Welch. The kids had a lot of fun attending the city Easter Egg hunt and hunting for treats in the backyard.
